Each Jabra Elite 75t earbud has two charging poles that connect to the charging pins of the charging case.

When you place these earbuds in the case charging poles earbuds connect with the pins of the case and earbuds begin charging.

However, sometimes Elite 75t earbuds don’t properly connect with the charging case due to dirt or debris and as a result, don’t charge.

Therefore you should clean the charging poles of earbuds and pins of the case.

To clean earbuds charging poles and case pins you can use a cotton swab or pencil rubber.

Simply pour a little bit of rubbing alcohol on the cotton swab and carefully clean the earbuds and charging case pins.
