- After 30 seconds earbuds will restore to default settings. (Successfully reset)
Raycon fitness earbuds
First, remove earbuds from the Bluetooth setting of your device. And then place them in the capsule.
- While both earbuds are in the capsule press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds or until the LED indicator flashes.
- Then close the charging capsule for completing the reset.
However, if your Raycon earbuds don’t reset, you should first charge them and then try to reset them.
Raycon work earbuds
- Place both earbuds in the charging capsule.
- Then press and hold the Reset button on the capsule with earbuds inside the charging capsule.
- Hold the button for 5 seconds or until 4 battery indicator LEDs flash at the same time.
- Then close the capsule to complete the reset.
Raycon gaming earbuds
- First, turn off both earbuds.
- Then press the power buttons of both earbuds for 30 seconds.
- After that earbuds will return to default settings.
Restarting Raycon earbuds will also remove minor glitches. To restart simply place your earbuds in the charging capsule.
Then close the lid of the charging capsule and wait for one minute.
When you place these earbuds in the capsule they automatically turn off and when you remove them from the case they turn on.
So, remove earbuds from the charging capsule they will automatically turn on.
Now try to connect both Raycon earbuds to each other.
Charge earbuds and capsule
Because of the low battery of one or both earbuds they don’t connect to each other.

Both Raycon earbuds will take 1 hour to fully charge and the charging capsule will take 2 to 3 hours depending upon your specific model to fully charge.
